Woronora Cremator Facility

Located in Sutherland, this is a key renewal project of Woronora Memorial Park. It was completed in August 2018 and won the MBA NSW Excellence in Construction Award (Public Buildings ≤ $10M) in 2019. The building adopts Terracade XP terracotta panel facade and high- slope slate roof, with interior spaces including a viewing room, cremator room, storage and staff spaces. The construction was organized while the park continued to be open to the public, with strict safety and quality control, achieving zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and on-scheduledelivery.

Rutherford Public School

The Rutherford Public School upgrade

project is led by School Infrastructure

NSW under the NSW Department of Education. Its core goal is to provide

more flexible, learner-centered teachingspaces for the growing number of students in the school. The main projectwas completed in December 2019. Later,the school promoted the special library

construction: After demolishing the existing library in the center of the campus, a new library was built under the existing homebase building to optimize the campus layout and learning

resource allocation.

Scope of Works Distribution

- Gyprock/plasterboard partitions and wall systems (including acoustic and firerated assemblies).

- Ceilings: concealed grid (Rondo Key-Lock) and exposed grid (DUO); perforated acoustic ceilings; feature ceilings and bulkheads.

- Joinery & woodwork integration; backing, blocking, and fix-out sequencing.

- Cemintel creative façades; James Hardie systems; compressed fibre cement (CFC) and aluminium composite cladding.
